Brief description of PSTEC

PSTEC is a very special type of audio track that you simply listen to whilst following along to the verbal instructions. In essence all you will be doing is tapping with your right , left or both hands whilst listening and trying at the same time to remain focused on your worst emotional trauma or memory.

And this really does work exceptionally well at delivering exactly what it was designed to do!

The result is that PSTEC will neutralise the unwanted emotions and feelings, no matter how long you may have had them for. For certain long standing or complex issues you may need to repeat the audio as you find further insights arising, however the bottom line is that in just a few sessions you will succeed in eliminating it.

Typical uses are for clearing phobias, resolving Post Traumatic Stress, grief, anger, & many other issues.

Even though the basic PSTEC Audio files are available for FREE, if you require help or advice in using these audios in order to get the best from them, you may wish to email me or book a consultation appointment if necessary (which can be done over the phone).

Note: The PSTEC process requires active participation and concentration which some people may find tiring.

It is not necessary or important in any way whatsoever to understand how PSTEC works. all you have to do is download the instructions, and follow them completely without deviation. For those who want to understand the basics of the PSTEC process. There is more information in the level one course which you will find on the audio page (see for therapists section).

The following explanation is the very short version

The PSTEC audios skillfully combine anchors with pattern interrupts and a unique form of compressed deep suggestion which creates a rapid and lasting release from any problem, feeling or emotion.
