Confidentiality
All appointments / enquiries are treated with 100% confidentiality. Please e-mail or phone me to briefly discuss your issue in the first instance. From there we will be able to take things further, only when you are happy that we can work together will you be asked whether you would like to book an appointment. There is never any obligation, my advice is free.
Fees
Payment can be made via PayPal prior to your appointment or with Cash at the time of your office appointment. Please note that for the foreseeable future, we are no longer accepting cheques during the current global financial situation. We also do not accept credit card payments unless via PayPal.
Time Zone
We are UK based and so all appointment times are GMT. To help you working out the time of your appointment please refer to our GMT clock.
