Cancellations:It is perfectly acceptable, for any client to cancel or reschedule their appointment giving at least 24 hours notice, however if cancelling by email please be aware that email services can be unreliable due to technical issues beyond general control. Therefore always request "a read receipt" to confirm your email has arrived and has been read. I will always endeavour to send a reply confirming I have received your request.
In the event of any Telephone or office appointments being missed or cancelled without 24 hrs notice, it is agreed that the client will be charged for one hour of therapy time currently set at £35-00.
Appointments will commence at the prearranged GMT time and it is understood by the client that appointments cannot be extended to accommodate any delays in the event that they arrive or ring to commence their appointment later than the scheduled time.
In the event of a client not commencing their prearranged appointment that was previously scheduled to be longer than one hour, the whole appointment will be deemed terminated after the first hour has passed in order that they are not charged for any further unused time. In the event of a client with an appointment to arrive at the office and who has pre arranged to pay in cash, this time is reduced to fifteen minutes unless they telephone to say they will be late.
Payments:All appointments must be paid for in advance prior to booking an appointment. with the exception of a cash payment which can be made on the day before commencing the appointment.
Payments for appointments can only be made in cash for office appointments on the day prior to commencing the appointment, or in advance via paypal. All payments are in £ UK pounds sterling. We do not accept credit card processing or cheques, although paypal will process card payments for you.
